Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — estimates are always free. For smaller jobs, I usually work hourly and can provide a rough estimate remotely. For larger or more complex projects, I’ll come out in person to inspect the work and write up an official estimate.

Do you charge a trip fee?

Yes — my trip fee is $125. It covers the first hour of labor and travel. After that, additional time is billed hourly.

I handle light plumbing and electrical tasks, like replacing faucets, light fixtures, outlets, and minor repairs — all within the scope of my contractor’s license.
